Padron pepper seeds
The Padron pepper is a variety of pepper that appears in Spain in the convent of San Francisco de Herbón in La Coruña, Galicia.
The peppers are small , between 5 and 10 cm maximum of a yellowish green tone. The peppers are elongated and conical in shape and the bulbous grooves give a wrinkled appearance when fried. Its main characteristic is that some are really hot, although today they count for 10% of these.
